We built MILA for the moment a good teacher senses something is wrong but the data arrives too late. Our mission is to give that instinct evidence, and to give it early enough that support reaches a student while it can still change the outcome. بنينا MILA من أجل تلك اللحظة التي يشعر فيها المعلّم المتمكّن بأن شيئًا ما ليس على ما يُرام، لكنّ البيانات تصل متأخّرة. مهمّتنا أن نمنح هذا الحدس دليلًا يصل مبكّرًا، كي يبلغ الدعمُ الطالبَ بينما لا يزال قادرًا على تغيير المسار.

Most learning systems are filing cabinets. They store grades, attendance and submissions, then hand you a report after the term is over, when nothing can be done. We started MILA on a simple conviction. A platform that knows this much about a student should be able to warn you while there is still time to help.معظم أنظمة التعلّم مجرّد خزائن ملفّات. تخزّن الدرجات والحضور والتسليمات، ثم تسلّمك تقريرًا بعد انتهاء الفصل، حين لا يمكن فعل شيء. انطلقنا في MILA من قناعة بسيطة: المنصّة التي تعرف هذا القدر عن الطالب ينبغي أن تنبّهك بينما لا يزال هناك وقت للمساعدة.

So we made prediction the point, and we refused to make it a black box. Every prediction MILA makes comes with the reasons behind it, in plain language a teacher can act on and a student can understand. The classrooms we serve are bilingual, so every part of the experience works in Arabic and English, right-to-left included.لذلك جعلنا التنبّؤ هو الهدف، ورفضنا أن يكون صندوقًا أسود. كل تنبّؤ تقدّمه MILA يأتي بأسبابه، بلغة واضحة يتصرّف بها المعلّم ويفهمها الطالب. والصفوف التي نخدمها ثنائية اللغة، لذلك يعمل كل جزء من التجربة بالعربية والإنجليزية، بما في ذلك الكتابة من اليمين إلى اليسار.

A grade only tells you what already happened. We built MILA to give educators the reason behind it too, early enough to act on. الدرجة لا تخبرك إلا بما حدث. بنينا MILA كي نمنح المعلّمين السبب وراءها أيضًا، مبكّرًا بما يكفي للتصرّف.

The early-warning panel shows exactly who needs attention and why, so a parent meeting or a quiet word lands with the right student at the right moment.يستعيد المعلّمون ساعاتٍ من وقتهم: يولّد الذكاء أسئلة من محتواهم ويقترح درجات للمقالات يعتمدونها أو يعدّلونها. وتُظهر لوحة الإنذار المبكر بدقّة من يحتاج إلى انتباه ولماذا، فيصل لقاءُ وليّ الأمر أو الكلمة الهادئة إلى الطالب المناسب في اللحظة المناسبة.

Students follow lessons, sit fair timed assessments and ask a course-aware AI tutor for help in Arabic or English. When they slip, MILA doesn't just mark them down. It shows the smallest practical step back on track, so a warning becomes a plan they can follow.يتابع الطلاب الدروس، ويؤدّون اختبارات مؤقّتة عادلة، ويسألون مساعدًا ذكيًا يفهم المقرر بالعربية أو الإنجليزية. وعندما يتعثّرون، لا تكتفي MILA بخصم الدرجات، بل تُظهر أصغر خطوة عمليّة للعودة إلى المسار، فيتحوّل التنبيه إلى خطّة يمكن اتّباعها.

Academic administrationالإدارة الأكاديمية

Coordinators and administrators manage users, permissions and content. They can read the institution's health at a glance: completion rates, which at-risk flags were acted on, and whether results hold up fairly across groups. Every export and sensitive change is logged, so the numbers behind a decision stay traceable.يدير المنسّقون والإداريّون المستخدمين والصلاحيات والمحتوى. ويقرؤون صحّة المؤسسة بلمحة: نسب الإكمال، والتنبيهات التي جرى التعامل معها، ومدى إنصاف النتائج بين الفئات. كل تصدير وكل تغيير حسّاس مسجَّل، فتبقى الأرقام خلف أي قرار قابلة للتتبّع.

Explainable by designقابل للتفسير بالتصميم

If we can't explain why the AI reached a conclusion, we don't show it as one. Every risk flag, grade and recommendation carries the factors behind it, along with the smallest change that would shift the outcome. No black boxes in a classroom.إن عجزنا عن تفسير سبب وصول الذكاء إلى نتيجة، فلن نعرضها كنتيجة. يحمل كل تنبيه خطر ودرجة وتوصية العواملَ وراءه، مع أصغر تغيير من شأنه أن يقلب النتيجة. لا صناديق سوداء في الصفّ.

Human-in-the-loopالإنسان في صميم القرار

AI assists; people decide. MILA proposes a grade, an alert or a next step, and a teacher approves, adjusts or overrides it. The final judgment about a learner always belongs to an educator, never to a model running on its own.الذكاء يساعد، والناس يقرّرون. تقترح MILA درجةً أو تنبيهًا أو خطوة تالية، ثم يعتمدها المعلّم أو يعدّلها أو يتجاوزها. يبقى الحكم النهائي على الطالب بيد المعلّم دائمًا، لا بيد نموذج يعمل وحده.

Bilingual & inclusiveثنائي اللغة وشامل

Arabic is a first language here, not an afterthought. The interface, the AI tutor, grading and notifications all work in Arabic and English, with genuine right-to-left layout, so no learner is asked to study in a language that fights them.العربية هنا لغة أولى لا فكرة لاحقة. الواجهة والمساعد الذكي والتصحيح والإشعارات تعمل جميعها بالعربية والإنجليزية، مع تخطيط حقيقي من اليمين إلى اليسار، كي لا يُطلب من أيّ طالب أن يتعلّم بلغة تعاكسه.

Privacy & security firstالخصوصية والأمان أولًا

Student data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Role-based access keeps records on a need-to-know basis, credentials are hashed, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log. Parents see only their own children, and only when an institution chooses to invite them.بيانات الطلاب حسّاسة، ونتعامل معها على هذا الأساس. تحصر الصلاحيات حسب الدور الاطّلاعَ على أساس الحاجة فقط، وتُجزَّأ كلمات المرور، وتُسجَّل الإجراءات الحسّاسة في سجلّ تدقيق. ولا يرى وليّ الأمر سوى أبنائه، وفقط حين تختار المؤسسة دعوته.
