You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Submit the request below, or email us. Your right to deleteحقّك في الحذف
As a MILA user, you have the right to request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you. This is your data, not ours, and you can ask us to remove it whenever you want.
بصفتك مستخدمًا لمنصّة MILA، يحقّ لك طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك. هذه البيانات ملكك أنت لا ملكنا، ويمكنك أن تطلب إزالتها متى شئت.
How to request deletionكيف تطلب الحذف
- Step 1: Submit the form on this page, or email us directly at info@milagor.com with the account you want removed.
- الخطوة 1: أرسِل النموذج الموجود في هذه الصفحة، أو راسلنا مباشرة على info@milagor.com مع ذكر الحساب المراد حذفه.
- Step 2: Verify your identity. To protect your account, we confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it.
- الخطوة 2: تحقّق من هويتك. حمايةً لحسابك، نؤكّد أن الطلب صادر منك فعلًا قبل تنفيذه.
- Step 3: Institutional accounts. If your account belongs to a school, university or training center, deletion may need your administrator's approval, since the institution owns the enrollment.
- الخطوة 3: الحسابات المؤسسية. إذا كان حسابك تابعًا لمدرسة أو جامعة أو مركز تدريب، فقد يحتاج الحذف إلى موافقة المسؤول لديك، لأن المؤسسة هي مالكة التسجيل.
What can be deletedما الذي يمكن حذفه
At your request we can remove your profile details, activity and learning logs, and the messages associated with your account. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
بناءً على طلبك، يمكننا إزالة بيانات ملفّك الشخصي، وسجلّات نشاطك وتعلّمك، والرسائل المرتبطة بحسابك. وبعد الحذف، لا يمكن استعادة هذه البيانات.
What we may retainما قد نحتفظ به
Some records may be kept where the law or an institution's academic obligations require it. This includes official grades and certificates, or transaction records needed for accounting and audit. We keep only what's necessary, and only for as long as the rules require.
قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلّات حين يقتضي ذلك القانون أو الالتزامات الأكاديمية للمؤسسة، مثل الدرجات الرسمية والشهادات، أو سجلّات المعاملات اللازمة للمحاسبة والتدقيق. ولا نحتفظ إلا بما هو ضروري، وللمدّة التي تفرضها القواعد فقط.
How long it takesالمدّة المتوقّعة
Verified requests are reviewed and completed within 30 days, in line with applicable privacy regulations. If we need more time for a complex case, we'll let you know and explain why.
تُراجَع الطلبات المُوثَّقة وتُنفَّذ خلال 30 يومًا، بما يتوافق مع أنظمة الخصوصية المعمول بها. وإذا احتجنا وقتًا إضافيًا في حالة معقّدة، فسنُعلِمك بذلك ونوضّح السبب.
